Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient's special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual's functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
