We are a leading packaging company specializing in manufacturing and printing high-quality products. Our innovative solutions cater to various industries, ensuring our clients receive the best packaging services. We are looking for a dynamic CFO to join our team and drive our financial strategy forward.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the financial health and strategic financial planning of our company. The CFO will oversee a team of about five employees, ensuring efficient financial operations, system implementation, and strategic execution of financial goals.
*Financial Management:* Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely execution of profit and loss statements.
- *Strategic Planning:* Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Analyze financial data to drive strategic decision-making.
- *Systems Implementation:* Learn and understand the business and its financial systems. Implement and optimize financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- *Operational Oversight:* Monitor and manage overtime and overall financial performance to ensure cost-effective operations.
- *Team Leadership:* Supervise and mentor a team of about five finance professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- *Financial Standing:* Maintain the financial standing of the company, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- *Representation:* Act as the financial representative of ownership, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- *Cross-Functional Involvement:* Engage in various aspects of the business, contributing to broader company initiatives and projects as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and implementation.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in executing profit and loss statements.
- Ability to manage and oversee financial operations and teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model once familiar with company systems.
