Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish good relationships with project stakeholders and demonstrate your project management capabilities to build trust.
• Execute and deliver all contracted scopes according to best practices.
• Properly manage all contracted and subcontracted work.
• Obtain necessary building permits and strictly adhere to government guidelines for each permit and project.
• Comply with all OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Support the Project Director in handling change orders.
• Oversee site personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Successfully manage buyout, submittal process, quality control, safety compliance, scheduling, and project closeout.
• Maintain exceptional communication and customer service to provide the best experience for customers.
• Ensure that project work meets the highest standards of workmanship based on industry benchmarks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction management processes means, and methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience. Ideally in multifamily construction
• Respectful and Professional

• Ability to foster change, spark innovation, and implement strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems
• Expertise in analysis, critical decision-making, and process improvement

Salary:

$100,000-120,000
