Responsibilities:
Assist in all stages of commercial real estate transactions, from initial contracts to closing.
Conduct thorough property research, including title searches, surveys, and lien investigations.
Prepare and review various legal documents like deeds, leases, easements, and closing statements.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, attorneys, brokers, and government agencies.
Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Prepare closing binders, handle post-closing documentation, and track deadlines.
Conduct legal research on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations.
Draft clear and concise correspondence to all parties involved in transactions.
Coordinate property inspections and environmental assessments.
Review and analyze lease agreements, including financial implications.
Resolve title issues by collaborating with title companies and insurance providers.
Assist in preparing loan documents and reviewing financing terms.
Attend client meetings and closings as needed.
Stay current with real estate laws and regulations, informing the team of any updates.

Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.
5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
