Title: Construction Safety and Health Officer– Healthcare (Tampa, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• At least 5 years’ experience working with a General Contractor in site safety or 3 years equivalent role and experience
• Thorough knowledge of construction equipment, industry best practices, and expertise in interpreting scopes of work.
• Reviews subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure they align with the scope of work and comply with contract documents
• Supports Superintendent by coordinating all project-related activities with clients and project managers, while managing multiple divisions of work and coordinating trades throughout the project duration.
• Manages and updates various files, reports, and logs such as inspection records, labor reports, and weekly safety training documentation
• Certified Safety Professional or Certified Construction Safety and Health Technician (preferred)
• OSHA 30 Certification required, within the last 5 years
