Duties:
Participate in project teams or work independently to deliver IT consultative services to large and mid-size Life Sciences R&D companies. Work on multiple projects (1-3) concurrently. Use business process and data analysis skills to define and create document project deliverables, which may include: Business process analysis, AS-IS and TO-BE process documentation, Business workflow diagramming and systems analysis, Data mapping, data flow, and conceptual systems architecture, capabilities definition, business and technical requirement definition, solution evaluation and selection activities. Future business and technology strategy definition, implementation planning, strategic roadmap development. Support the consulting leadership team in the researching/drafting of white papers, case studies, and webinars on current and emerging trends and technologies. Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous business and technical problems. Be able to articulate business and technical benefits for a defined solution. Facilitate and present deliverables to clients in online web meetings and on-site events. Build relationships and effectively communicate up, down, and across organizations. Deliver projects working remotely from clients (with periodic on-site activity as defined in project plans). Working from home is permitted.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Must have 2 years of experience in Computer Science or related field. Must have skills in business process analysis, project management, system analysis, information management, and Biopharmaceutical domain knowledge.
