Job Summary:
As a Driver at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting materials and products to and from job sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials and products to and from job sites
Load and unload materials and products onto trucks using proper equipment and techniques
Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Inspect and maintain company vehicles reporting any maintenance or repair needs
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Minimum of 1 2 years of experience as a commercial driver
Familiarity with local roads and highways in the Phoenix area
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and products
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must pass a preemployment drug test and background check
