Elle Seller is seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our expanding marketing team. 

The Entry-Level Social Media Assistant will support the social media team in executing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engage with the target audience. This role involves content creation, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metric

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms.
• Create engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, tailored to each social media channel.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and interactions, responding appropriately.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Engage with the online community, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Help manage social media advertising campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
