About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated attorney to join our Tax and Wealth Management teams to support our Estate Planning services. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and engage directly with clients, collaborating closely with their financial advisors, tax attorneys, CPAs, accountants, and healthcare agents.

Position Overview:

As an Estate and Document Attorney at our firm, you will:

- Collaborate within a supportive team environment at TriFound.
- Engage in creating, problem-solving, and demonstrating solutions, with guidance from TriFound.
- Utilize prepared documents from TriFound's external counsel or develop your own as needed.
- Lead client meetings, providing guidance to clients and fostering teamwork among TriFound staff.
- Stay informed on the latest state laws relevant to estate planning.
- Establish relationships with other law firms; TriFound serves as an excellent referral source to enhance your billable hours.
- Benefit from a client base already established by TriFound, ensuring a steady flow of clients to manage.

Requirements:

- Acceptance to the State Bar (entry-level attorneys welcome).
- Compensation: $250-$350 per hour, with uncapped earning potential ($500K-$1M+).
- No travel required; this is a fully remote position.
- Receive an established book of business comprising 100+ households with average client assets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in delivering effective presentations.
- Ability to lead and make decisive decisions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet KPIs.
- Collaborative mindset to convert ideas into strategies with the support of tax, business, and financial advisors.
