Executive Consultant
We are seeking an Executive Consultant to join our dynamic team. As the advocate and strategic partner for our Middle Market clients, you will provide timely advice on our Company's products and services that best meet their business needs. Leading and guiding others, you'll seize opportunities to ensure client success through impactful solutions that foster loyalty and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic relationship plan to engage key decision-makers and enhance client relationships, driving business results and client loyalty.
Act as a trusted advisor, identifying and creating pipelines for future business opportunities and revenue-driving strategic services.
Collaborate with client executives to understand their strategic business needs, translating these into human capital opportunities that drive business impact.
Provide constructive feedback and relevant information to internal teams, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
Utilize industry knowledge and trends to conduct thorough business analyses, diagnosing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for clients.
Coordinate with internal partners to gather and analyze data, developing strategies that address client needs systematically.
Present and recommend solutions to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and business objectives.
Facilitate the delivery of services by partnering with internal departments, ensuring seamless implementation and client readiness.
Maintain effectiveness in evolving work environments, adapting to changes and effectively managing complex client issues to resolution.
Set high standards for performance, taking responsibility for task completion and excellence in service delivery.
Foster collaborative relationships to achieve work goals, effectively communicating client strategies to internal teams.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Master's Degree in related field preferred.
Seven to ten years of experience in a related field, with demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships and applying industry trends.
Proven experience in multi-account or matrix environment management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client structures and cultures.
