We're seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of participants in a leading community health program.

What you'll do:

Conduct in-depth financial analysis of program data, including revenue, expenses, and cost projections.
Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and cost reports specific to the chosen payment model.
Recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation and financial sustainability.
Analyze program results, identify trends, and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Clearly communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences.
Who you are:

Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).
5-10 years of experience in financial management with a focus on healthcare or non-profit organizations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and management information systems.
Experience with auditing, billing compliance reviews, and trend analysis in healthcare settings.
Familiarity with behavioral health programs and healthcare billing practices.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to translate financial data into clear and concise reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
