We deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges facing our federal clients, and we're searching for a talented Financial Analyst to play a key role in our financial operations.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing for all sales and orders.
Manage client setup for billing, generate invoices, and reconcile them with balance sheet reports.
Analyze financial data and provide valuable insights to the management team.
Support the development and evaluation of financial models for project viability assessments.
Conduct in-depth studies to evaluate projects across financial, technical, legal, regulatory, and market aspects.
Identify opportunities to improve billing procedures and overall financial performance.
Develop and generate monthly reports with key metrics and financial results.
Assist with tasks like customer account reconciliations and Incurred Cost Submissions.
What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in government contracting is a must. Experience within the Department of Energy (DOE) or other federal agencies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to thrive in a collaborative and independent work environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Expertise in financial modeling and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Prior experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred, along with knowledge of government compliance regulations.
