Days & Hours: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday - 12:15pm-4:45pm This is a skilled case and experience is preferable, but not necessary. We are looking for immediate coverage are to join a team of caregivers & nurses who share everyday shifts with rotating weekends, however we are flexible with your schedule and have other opportunities available whether you are looking for part-time or full-time work, we have the hours for you! Responsibilities

• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s or patient’s needs
• Providing assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, and light housekeeping.
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

Requirements

• Licensed driver
• Over 18 years of age
• Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• Willing to help with personal cares and skilled caregiving needs
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
