This hospital is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager for its Respiratory Therapy department. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the respiratory therapy team, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and managing departmental budgets. The Manager will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement respiratory care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, the Manager Respiratory Therapy will also work part-time on the floor to provide direct patient care as needed.
The ideal Hospital Manager Respiratory will possess previous leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, Manager, Director), clinical expertise in respiratory therapy and cardiopulmonary, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The Manager must also hold their Respiratory Care License (RRT or CRT). The Hospital Respiratory Manager will be a direct-hire employee for one of the health systems in the area, expected to work full-time, onsite.
