In this role, you'll reach out to clients who have filled out a form requesting assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up virtual appointments to guide them through the application process for their chosen coverage. We provide comprehensive training that equips you to effectively schedule and conduct appointments through a variety of resources, including webinars, carrier product training, and our proven successful system.

Qualifications:

Honest and trustworthy
General Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain one)
Comfortable communicating with prospective clients
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Open to working in a commission-based position

Responsibilities:

Maintain excellent interpersonal skills
Build and nurture professional relationships with clients
Schedule virtual appointments
Assist clients by taking and submitting online applications
Follow up with the back office on applications
Clearly explain policy details to clients once approved
Attend weekly virtual team meetings
