INSURANCE SALES PRODUCER

DeNooyer Direct Insurance Services, LLC is offering opportunities for a NYS Property & Casualty licensed sales producer with our rapidly growing and expanding independent insurance agency. There is no cold calling with this position! All leads are warm from the sales department that sells over 400 vehicles a month and the service department that sees 100 customers per day. The opportunity is endless with DeNooyer's customer base and daily flow of customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Selling insurance products to clients while providing excellent customer service
• Identify opportunities to improve sales by establishing, maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
• Create weekly/monthly sales summary/reports to present to management
• Respond to inquiries from Agency insured's and prospects
• Process applications and renewals.
• Process miscellaneous changes, billing inquiries, endorsements and cancelations.
• Prior to renewal, review accounts and prepare recommendations for upgrading coverages.
• Cross-sell other lines of business - and transfer leads for any Life and Retirement products
• Maintain and grow business through product sales, cross/up selling, and renewals.
• Provide post sale customer service and resolve any service issues.

Proper phone etiquette, friendly outgoing personality and a person of character and integrity is welcomed. P&C license preferred but we will license and train the right candidate. We offer post-licensing training and support so those new to the insurance industry with sales skills will be successful. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent NYS Property & Casualty personal lines license (or the desire and ability to obtain one) Hourly base. Monthly commission on new written premium.
