About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for appropriate scheduling of personnel according to production schedules, collective bargaining agreements, and company needs. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and communicate weekly personnel schedules based on production schedule, bargaining unit contract, and letters of understanding in accordance with applicable timelines
• Ensure Kronos system is kept up to date, and partner with Payroll Department to meet payroll deadlines
• Work closely with hourly employees, factory management team, human resources and other stakeholders to coordinate all personnel scheduling issues and applicable resolution
• Coordinate and execute the job bid and back-up processes in a timely manner for all hourly positions in the factory
• Work closely with Supervisor team to track and manage job bid and back up training
• Participate in and contribute to grievance meetings
• Produce documentation requested in information requests
• All other duties as assigned

Who we are looking for:

• Associates Degree in a related field AND 1+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Kronos Workforce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strong sense of urgency and focus on service
• Ability to interpret and implement Collective Bargaining Agreements
