Position Overview:
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will play a pivotal role in delivering therapeutic services to individuals navigating various mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' strengths and needs.
Provide evidence-based therapy and counseling to individuals, families, and groups.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care and support clients' overall well-being.
Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate access to community resources and support services.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state.
Minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work.
Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
