What You'll Do:
As an IT Project Manager, you will:
Collaborate directly with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional team support, coordination, planning, collaboration, and execution tasks are aligned with program and project goals.
Empower our clients through effective communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards.
Engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements. Analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, creating realistic schedules to manage and report progress.
Utilize Agile methodologies to lead client engagement sessions in support of development planning and execution.
Write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings.

What You Need:
3+ years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), performing engineering and science management, operations research analysis, or financial and cost analysis.
Experience in technical and project management supporting medium to large-scale DoD IT projects or programs, including risk, cost, schedule, and performance.
Knowledge of IT technical concepts, best practices, and client solutions.
Ability to summarize and present technical information in documentation or reports.
Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree.
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting Navy IT programs or operations.
Experience with performance management improvement in support of IT governance.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams and stakeholder entities.
ITIL Foundations Certification.
SAFe Program Consultant Certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM) Certification.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600 to $172,000 annually. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of our total compensation package.
