Pickle is a rental marketplace that aims to monetize the billions of underutilized assets sitting in consumers closets and brands inventory. Users can easily tap into shared closets within their community through flexible and/or on-demand delivery options. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient access to quality items exactly when our users need them. We are starting with P2P clothing/accessories and expanding to other categories.

We are seeking a talented and experienced stylist to join our team in a part-time capacity at our retail location (21 8th Avenue). Stylists at our store will be instrumental in shaping the customer experience, both within our app and in-store. Experience using Pickle and passion for the fashion industry is a must for this role!

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Prior experience in retail or fashion is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and visual merchandising skills
• Good inventory organization, management and maintenance skills
• Weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and guiding them to find suitable pieces, both in-store and within the online app.
• Communicate with our customer support team for any inquiries, questions, or concerns costumers might have.
• Uphold store policies and procedures to ensure a seamless experience for customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the execution of store events, sales initiatives, and seasonal campaigns to drive store traffic and enhance customer engagement.
