Our name, 400 Gradi , translates to 400 degrees (celsius), the temperature a traditional, thin-crusted Neapolitan pizza is cooked (for only 90 seconds!). 

Showcasing the mastery of founder Johnny Di Francesco, we serve traditional Southern Italian cuisine prepared with the highest of standards. Most of our menu is locally sourced, with specialty items — such as San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil, and gelato — imported from Italy.
