In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying ambitious new agents who can thrive in our fast-paced and expanding real estate business. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to agents, assessing their skills against our standards, and evaluating their fit for our team culture. The ideal candidate will be personable, capable of managing relationships with multiple candidates simultaneously, and passionate about building an exceptional real estate team.

Responsibilities:

- Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and other channels to strengthen our real estate sales team.
- Manage the hiring process from scheduling interviews to making recommendations to hiring managers based on the best fit for our team and culture, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Regularly update the team on the success of recruiting efforts and suggest improvements.
- Utilize job boards effectively to attract potential new members to our real estate team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
- Support and guide new recruits during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify staffing needs and objectives.
- Represent our company at industry events and career fairs.

Qualifications:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with online job posting platforms.
- Comfortable engaging with new individuals and proficient in written communication.
- Preferred experience in real estate or recruiting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated and driven by goals.
- Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
- Remote position; must be located in Virginia.
