We are looking for a SAP Solutions Specialist with SAP Trade Management experience to join our growing team! This role contributes to align local application landscape on business requirements to improve business effectiveness and Global IT savings within the IT organization.
This role will function as a liaison between Sales & Marketing business partners and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet business requirements. This individual will absorb Ferrero specific processes, as well as functional expertise in the full suite of applications supporting those processes. This role will also bring industry specific processes and functional knowledge, as well as best practices into the development of technical solution design for the SAP TMA initiatives, especially in the SAP Trade Promotion Planning Management (TPPM), Trade Claims Management (TCM), Trade Fund Management (TFM), Customer Business Planning (CBP) modules, and Advance Trade Management Analytics (ATMA), along with TPM reporting.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert capable of translating business needs into functional and technical requirements as well as to provide specialized 3rd level support
• Ensures the implementation, roll out and continuous enhancements to Trade Management applications
• Anticipates business and IT needs to ensure long term operation of current solutions and to prevent issues approaching application end of life
• Is an active member of the Global Trade Platform IT Team and proactively provides recommendations to support the Platform strategy. Inherently supporting the western hemisphere, specifically the American Region (North/Central/South America)
• Participates in projects requiring Trade Management platform expertise representing the Platform and reporting to a Project Manager
• Demonstrate and explain TMA functionality to end users
• Prepares comprehensive test plans for introduction of new applications or functionality to ensure expected outcomes and to minimize risk of business disruption
• Documentation of the TMA solution
• Safeguards the system change requests adhering to the Group Global template and Change Control guidelines and not breaking existing configuration and custom programs
• Preserves existing applications are performing to service levels, utilized, at relevant versions and meeting global security and audit requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of prior work experience in SAP, specifically Trade Management experience
• Hands-on project experience in latest SAP TMA (Trade Management) covering technical/functional Skills for End-to- end configuration and customization SAP CRM, CBP, TPM, ATMA, Funds management, Pricing, Claims and Settlement
• Communication skills across multiple organization levels, including Senior Leadership teams
• Ability to lead, manage and provide guidance to team members
• Ability to grasp business requirements and translate into technical concepts, think independently, and take the initiative required to resolve issues in a team structure
