Cranmore is seeking a part-time Freestyle/Freeride Coach to join our seasonal program staff for the 2024/25 winter season. The Coach will work with the same group of kids each weekend, building their skills both in and outside of the Terrain Park. The ideal individual will be available during program hours (8:30 AM-12:30 PM) on Saturdays, and, Sundays and vacation periods.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be a role model, coach, and mentor at all times.
- Teaching experience is preferred. Freestyle Specialist credentials are a plus, but not necessary.
- Develop and build strong athlete and parent relationships.
- Must possess the ability to coach safely and monitor the athletes’ development and progression
