The Role
In the Senior Designer role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative B2B content marketing executions that meet ADA accessibility standards and drive engagement and generate leads for our business through high-end design solutions, defines and maintains guidelines and better practices for accessibility driven design, creating and maintaining accessibility enabled templates and digital assets that will be used across the organization. Our team is looking for more than just a hardworking professional, we’re looking for a thoughtful mind, that can translate the single-minded idea, the data, and research into a solution that answers the client need and delivers results. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of freelance, corporate design, and/or agency design work experience.
- 2 years+ experience evaluating and applying accessibility standards to print and digital communications.
- Accessibility certification or working toward is a plus.
- Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Resourceful in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-end design work across multiple content vehicles with a clean design aesthetic.
- Ensure content is accessible to all learners through maintaining accessibility guidelines in addition to meeting American Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
- You have strong design skills across a suite of content vehicles.
- You understand and can simplify sophisticated topics into dynamic visual stories.
- Eye for detail needed to produce high-quality work and an understanding of improvement philosophies.
- Lead visual design—from concept to completion—for marketing, product, distribution, and end-client initiatives.
- You can uphold brand and style guidelines.
- You are collaborative and able to form positive relationships.
- You are intellectually curious and can bring new insights and thinking to the business.
- You enjoy rolling up your sleeves as an individual contributor or member of a team.
- You have a positive, client-centric demeanor with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, active listener, and takes direction.

The Team Come join the newly formed Marketing Operational Excellence & Creative team. This team develops and drives marketing strategy, planning, impact reporting, operations, learning and development, associate engagement, and creative execution for Institutional & Asset Management Marketing.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
