  • Own test life cycles for CRO and testing programs including facilitation of approvals and / or revisions from clients.
  • Analyze and report on test results; providing insights and recommendations for implementation, iterations, and applicability across channels.
  • Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, including ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.
  • Configure and audit web analytics software such as Google Analytics 4 and similar products.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • A see-it-to-believe-it time-off policy: two companywide paid weeks off every year (one week in July and another in December) plus 10 days of personal PTO to start, 5 days of sick & safe time, and all paid company-observed holidays.
  • The ability to work remotely or from home ideally in our home state of Nevada, but we may also consider candidates in states where we are registered as an employer (California, Florida, Michigan & Virginia).

If You’re Chosen

  • You must pass Noble’s background and reference checks, as well as provide documentation of your legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
