Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing land planning projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land planning and project management, as well as experience with urban planning. Additionally, candidates should possess skills in design, land entitlement, client management, and have a strong understanding of planning studies and due diligence analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Land Planning Process: Manage design, land entitlement, client management, and project management
• Complex Land Use Petitions: Preparation and processing for private sector clients 
• Planning Studies and Due Diligence: Conduct studies and analyses 
• Client and Agency Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships 
• Presentations: Leading or participating in presentations for client and project approvals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and client specifications
• Manage project documents and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Utilize AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, and digital rendering tools to create planning documents
• Maintain project records and generate reports as required

Qualifications:

• 10+ Years of Experience in Land Planning and Project Management
• Experience with Design, Land Entitlement, and Client Management
• Proficiency in Planning Studies and Due Diligence Analysis
• Knowledge of Sustainable Practices and Site Grading Techniques
• Ability to Use Tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, and Digital Rendering Software
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
