Insured ASAP Insurance Agency is seeking an energetic ENTRY LEVEL Business Insurance Agent to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, a desire to learn and grow, and a drive to succeed. This position is responsible for prospecting potential clients, setting appointments with prospects, and providing ongoing support to the clients you're working with.
Our agency is searching to fill an entry level commercial insurance agent position. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of personal or small business insurance sales or service experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate is also comfortable with technology, has a positive attitude, and works well with others.
Qualifications
·Minimum of 1 or more years of experience as a personal or commercial lines insurance agent or similar role required
·Strong written and verbal skills required
·Strong interpersonal skills required
·Ability to effectively communicate with others via phone
·Proficient with ACORD forms and various insurance applications
·Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
·Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties multiple times per day while maintaining high standards of service to clients
·Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
