We are looking for individuals who are motivated by the opportunity to work backwards from these customers' needs and help them gain competitive edge using AWS. As an experienced technologist and key member of the Account team you will help influence customers' architectural choices across broad use cases involving security, compute, storage networking as well as advanced scenarios involving serverless, analytics, and AI/ML.As a part of the role, you will provide exceptional technical design guidance and thought leadership. You will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge with the AWS solution architect community. You will also gain the opportunity to learn from, collaborate with, and educate some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of enterprise architecture.Key job responsibilitiesWork closely with IT and business stakeholders at BioPharma/Biotech organizations to understand their unique requirements and challenges.Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer's business model, industry trends, and technical landscape.Architect and design scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions that address the customer's specific needs.Guide the customer through the cloud migration process, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of AWS services.Collaborate with the customer's technical teams to implement, configure, and optimize the AWS infrastructure.Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations to maximize the value of the customer's AWS investment.Share best practices, conduct training, and enable the customer's team to independently manage the AWS environment.Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and industry developments to recommend innovative solutions.About the teamWhy AWS?Amazon Web Services (AWS) is the world’s most comprehensive and broadly adopted cloud platform. Basic qualifications- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experiencePreferred qualification - Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud- Knowledge of AWS services- Experience writing and publishing technical white papersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
