Job Description

Supply Chain Analyst Position Overview: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the supply chain planning and performance of the organization across multiple divisions and geographies. This position will ensure that the demand and supply plans are synchronized and cohesive while monitoring and adjusting inventory levels. The Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with the Purchasing, Sales, and Management teams to ensure an effective balance of customer service and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze and maintain effective supply chain processes.
• Manage inventory levels through use of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques.
• Identify and implement supply chain efficiencies to reduce cost and improve customer service.
• Process orders and manage supplier relations.
• Analyze data to identify supply chain trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide supply chain management reports to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics/inventory management.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Navision.
• Knowledge of wholesale distribution processes, wholesale/retail, ERP, supply chain, aerospace, manufacturing, and MRP.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and other related software.
