A reputable full-service legal team, established for over four decades, is currently in search of a seasoned attorney proficient in trust and estate planning and administration. The position entails managing wills, trusts, estate administration, and elder law affairs.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of five years' experience in trust and estate planning. This opportunity offers potential for advancement, as the current leading Trust & Estate Attorney is transitioning their practice. Alongside a competitive base salary, a 20% origination fee is provided, with performance evaluated based on production versus profit.

Key Responsibilities:

* Draft various estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives.
* Provide guidance on retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax strategies to clients.
* Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients, ensuring effective communication.
* Deliver exceptional customer service while interfacing with clients.

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
* Licensed member of the State Bar and in good standing.
* Minimum five years' experience in estate planning, elder law, and tax law.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software, including practice management tools and document drafting programs.
* Demonstrate empathy towards clients, creating a comfortable environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
